I’m Maureen Bowes, a qualified (ILM Level 7) Executive Coach, who specialises in applied emotional intelligence – the people side of leadership. I am the business partner and founding director of People Intelligence and in recent years I have successfully coached over 100 head teachers. This means I have high awareness of today’s pressures on leaders in education, the importance of productive working relationships and the advanced interpersonal skills necessary for enabling change.

How it works
