I’m Maureen Bowes, a qualified (ILM Level 7) Executive Coach, who specialises in applied emotional intelligence – the people side of leadership. I am the business partner and founding director of People Intelligence and in recent years I have successfully coached over 100 head teachers. This means I have high awareness of today’s pressures on leaders in education, the importance of productive working relationships and the advanced interpersonal skills necessary for enabling change.

Sorting People Out is an online modular programme in seven parts that you can use flexibly to fit around the demands of your role. How it works
